TECHNOLOGY EMERGING FROM THE RIVER
From the Creeks to theWorld
A solar-powered, Starlink-connected tech hub in the heart of Benin River, creating global opportunities for local talent.
The Problem
Talent is abundant. Opportunity is zero.
Over 50,000 young people in Warri North's riverine communities (Jakpa, Tebu, Gbokoda, Ebrohimi, Ajamita, Udo, Ogheye, Otonla, Oboghoro, etc) are digitally excluded. No coding schools, no remote job training, no access to freelance platforms. Youth unemployment forces migration or restiveness.
Our Vision
A global tech talent pipeline from the creeks.
To transform the Benin River creeks from an oil-dependent, isolated region into Africa's first creek-based global tech talent pipeline. A child in a canoe today, building Al for the world tomorrow.

How it will work
Learn Globally,Master it here.
Two ways to learn, one standard to graduate:
You must be able to do the work.
Learn in the creeks, Warri North LGA, Nigeria
Come to the Hub for intensive,
hands-on training. Work with tutors and fellow learners, build real projects and learn with reliable power, fast internet and the tools you need.
Start Online
Begin with our tutors online from anywhere in Delta State. Leam at your own pace, build your foundation and complete assignments before coming to Jakpa.
Graduate -Tradition Meets Innovation
You don't just graduate online only. You come back home to the creek to perfect your skills. Meet with tutors and you classmates face-to-face in the heart of the creek, connect to your roots, and walk away with innovation and skills that shape your identity.
Current Phase - Phase 0
Building the Physical Home.
We cannot launch a tech hub in a dilapidated school. The Ebrohimi Primary School and Teachers Quarters are in very bad shape; no ceilings, broken windows, no doors, no furniture, leaking quarters.
What Phase 0 Makes Possible
Before we can teach technology, we have to create a safe, functional place to learn.
Secure the Space
- PVC ceilings
- Security doors
- Floor slabs & bricks
Build the Classroom
- Marker boards
- Tables & chairs
- Painting
Restore the Facilities
- Kitchen cabinets
- Plumbing
Reach the Creek
- Logistics to waterside
- Jetty transport
